Lebeau is the proud parent of three incredible children, Jack, Hudson, and Claire, who inspire him daily to strive for a brighter future.

Splitting his time between Oregon and Michigan, Lebeau is actively engaged in his community. He serves as an alumni board member at The Siskiyou School and Rogue Valley Farm 2 School in Ashland, Oregon. In Michigan, he contributes to the Advisory Council for Groundwork Center for Resilient Communities and is an alumni board member at The Pathfinder School in Traverse City.

Born in Southern Africa and raised in England, Lebeau graduated with a BA Honors in Business with Law from Kingston University. He carries the values of his diverse background into his work.

A lover of teamwork and wellness, Lebeau enjoys playing and coaching sports, participating in local CrossFit communities, and spending time traveling and connecting with nature. His mission is to cultivate a legacy of abundance and purpose, leaving the world a better place for the next generation.
